Located in beautiful Giant City State Park in Makanda, IL, participants will enjoy relaxation and adventure while attending lectures from experts in the industry. 

Speakers will cover topics such as biomechanics, concussion care, mental game, injury management, and much more. All lectures will be delivered in the great outdoors.

Leave the training gear at home and load up your camping gear. Let your body relax and recharge at the private campsite or explore the park.

We chose Giant City State Park for the scenery, amenities, and access to civilization if anyone should need anything. Giant City is 10 minutes from Carbondale, IL. Restrooms and showers are available at the campgrounds. 

Other activities include fishing, hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, archery and more. Participants must bring own gear and follow all park rules. 

Fall is a beautiful time of year in southern Illinois and the weather averages 75F to 80F during the day and 50F to 60F at night. 

This event is rain or shine.
